Payment negotiable for activists/artists/NGOs: monetary or in-kind.
For commercial use: $150 for 2 to 3 hours; $450 for full day (Sat or Sun, 8 to 9 hours)
Flexible for talks, unconferences, workshops, launches, private screenings, story slams, parties, one-evening art events, or even yoga classes.
In a casual setting, allows a maximum of 50. Very comfortable for formal gatherings of 25 people. If sitting down to work, table space suitable for 15 participants.
Location: A 12 minute walk away from Somerset MRT, and a 20 min walk from Clarke Quay or Dhoby Ghaut MRT– near the bustle of Mohammed Sultan Road.
